Fueling & Injection - 5.3l and 6.0l injector differences

So i have been having problems with my 2000 5.3l having a slight missfire, it doesnt register enough to throw any DTC's.

I swapped a known good set of coils, and it did no difference.

i also took a set of 2004 i believe, drive by wire 6.0l injectors, and swapped them in there. but it seemed to get worse...
i noticed the 5.3l had 4 nozzle holes, 6.0l had 2 nozzle holes...

are these not interchangable? or do they have to be from another 5.3l to test them?

any help is greatly appreciated. tired of seeing my LS sit

The 2001 up is pn 25317628 which are 24.7 your 2000 has 21.7lbs so it would have to be tuned.

i hope that all it is is injectors..and i can just get some remans or something along those lines.

the missfire is a little less now that the rails were flushed some. but its way down on power

well i put another set of injectors in it today. a used set from a wrecking yard ( ya i know..)

but the problem is the exact same. each injector has power going to it ( tested with a noid light) but is it at the right time? idk...

this is strange how just one day it started to do this..
possibly a cam, crank, or knock sensor>

i really need help with this. anything is appreciated..
