Use a code scanner to check it or hit up an autozone etc so they can pull your codes

Pulling the codes is your only option. a check engine light without any symptoms is impossible to diagnose.

if i have low oil will it trigger check engine ?
or it is set only to trigger when there is a problem with emission system.
because i removed the catalytic converters before but already took it to a programmer to do his thing with the o2 sensor

This will not fix a check engine light. There is an oil change light, which will come on for a needed oil change.

You probably still have the codes stored in the car's computer. You should get that scanned to see what the problem was. (The condition may have temporarily gone away - but the odds are that it will come back.)

You should be able to buy an inexpensive scanner, which will pull the codes for you from the car's PCM. Form there, you can find out where the problem was by looking up the code.

it is low but it is in the operating range.

its been like that since the day i bought it, or even the pre-owner did

when the oil is warmed up it give me 20-25 PSI idling

consider that i live in Bahrain
Weather temperature is around 40-48C
