Here's some info I found searching through threads:

I made 617/623 at 82% on e85. Also run 8an feed, dual walbro255's, 58psi base pessure. Hope that helps.
------------------------
80s @ 65psi base, 755rwhp through an 80e @95% IDC on e85.
------------------------
80lbs injector for turbo application is good for about 925 Crank HP at 80% duty cycle (pump gas)

They are borderline as said above, if you dont have them yet, look bigger.

I am at 767hp on 58psi base FP -10 feed at 15psi boost about 95% DC as well. I have a little more left but not much.

Another example I found:

i have FIC 104lb injectors, i run them at 68base which puts them at 118lb injectors. i use them for E85 at 816rwhp i was at 80% duty cycle

We run the Seimen 80's to 850+ rwhp with enough pressure behind them, this is on e85 btw.

What pressure and DC? Actually I'm in the same boat as the OP. Have new 80lb Seimens and would rather not spend $$ on bigger ones if i can hit 750rwhp on E85 with these.

It brings up a good question. For a street car that only sees WOT for a couple seconds at a time, is it even a problem?

Or does running higher base pressure create too much heat & stress on the pumps/injectors for normal cruising?

That's a good proposed question Calypso! I havnt bought mine yet so i'm glad I checked here first.Holley makes a 120 lb also but I worry how hard would it be to get a tune on a lot of cruising.
