Default 799's v 853 ported polished and milled

Ok, guys I just bought my first Z06 Friday and I would like some advice from LS engine experts on my heads. The car I bought has 853's on it that have been stage 2 ported and polished and milled .015. The car has a pat G spe'd cam .230/.230 .598/.608.

I already have a set of stock 799's and was going to port and polish them and possibly Mille them.

Here are my questions:
1. Is it worth the expense of porting and polishing the 799's?
2. What kind of gains if any will I have from p&p the 799?
3. Should I mill the 799's? If so, what is your recommendation on milling?

The 799's will definitely out flow the 853's ported and polished. THe expense is worth it if you are seeking every possible horsepower you can get. You could cut cost by doing the labor yourself if possible.

I don't understand why someone would remove sodium valves z06 243s in favor of 853's no matter how much work done to them...that being said the 799s are def a better platform

Absolute Speed did the heads. I'm not sure of the runner size or the valve sizes, but they are running new Rev SS valves. I would assume the valves would be 2.02" / 1.55" but you know what they say about assuming.

They have been milled .015, which I think puts me at about stock LS6 243 compression of 10.5:1. But again I'm not sure.
