Thanks. We rolled past the lights before we raced. No launch. He destroyed me.

I'm surprised you didn't pull on him. My old RS Eclipse put bus lengths on several Vettes, Stangs and F-bods.

Did I mentioned they were parked?

I ran a close race with a parked c6 once. I was ahead by about 1 1/2 car lengths at approximately 0mph (that's my sweet spot).

I'd love to. My funds are limited unfortunately so I am unable to do so anytime soon. Or I may sell it and get a GSX. I'd leave the internals stock and just SMACK on a turbo and boost 8-10psi.

The GSX or GST may be your best option.

I find roof-mounting is the best for racing because you can get the footage no matter what side they line up on

Agreed. Finding one in decent condition can be a challenge. I want a 2g with a six bolt block and a 7 bolt head. I'm sick of FWD with understeer and all, so a GSX would be highly preferred over a GST.

AWD DSMs understeer just like the FWDs.

They're better on the power, but everywhere before the apex it handles identical to a FWD. Lift off oversteer is the same, etc.

If i ever build another one (not likely) it'll be a stalled auto 1G.
