Default 2002 Z28, 150k miles, cam only

Thinking about selling my daily for a truck.
Owned the car since June of 2006 (65k miles at the time) , taken really good care of it, 75% of the miles are highway to and from college.

2002 Z28 with 150,000 miles.
6spd with 65k on the rebuild and spec stg 2 clutch
Tranny has a six speeds inc. Stage 1 rebuild.
Full boltons, all done by myself, tune by GForce.
Cam install done by myself, at 138k miles.
Comp cams custom grind specd by Pat G
230/236 .612/.604 111+4 LSA
Car made 400/380, runs very strong.
All options minus leather.
Good interior, good Tires (80% tread), good brakes, new a/c compressor, new water pump.
Chrome ZR1s 17x9, headlights with whistler mod, black Berger panel, electric cutout, pro 5.0 shifter, hd stereo with ipod jack, tons of extras like that...

What do y'all think? Thanks for the input.

Tempting, but I'm really looking for a 4 door and something a little newer. Thanks anyways.

You are probably in the $6,000 neighborhood but many people looking will be nervous about the work you did yourself. You may be an excellent mechanic but no one knows that and it could make a buyer leery.

That's about what I was thinking. I agree, I would be a little nervous buying a car from someone who did the work themselves.

I got 6500 for my 01 B4C A4 with built trans, stall, boltons, non original motor in good shape. Most all work done by me, trans I let the guys at RPM handle. Id say somewhere between 6-7. You can probably part it for 6k so I wouldnt take a dime less then that. A car really cant be worth less than the sum of its parts.

Its hard to determine the value for modded car... At least to me lol. If i had your car, it would be worth at least 9K since you put it some work yourself and invested in performance...

But average buyers nowadays are looking for a stock car for some reason, younger drivers want something fast.

I would say 6-7K is a hell of a deal, you should try $7200 and have some room for offers. Good luck
