Default ly6 s10 thinking about twin turbos

what up people doing a ly6 swap into a s10 I was gona go nitrous but decided on turbos instead so far this is what I have

2008 chevy 2500 ly6 6.0 with l92 heads(ls3 intake valves) with around 45,000 miles

Vic jr with elbow (2inch carburetor spacer) an 90mm TB

Edelbrock billet fuel rails with 80lb injectors

340lph Aeromotive in tank pump

25% under drive pully set

Texas speed 228/228 588/588 114lsa cam with dual valve springs an tsp push rods

Vvt delete kit

Tsp ported ls6 oil pump

160f thermostat

Double roller timing chain

4l80e stage 2 tranns

3000 tight stall

3.73 gears with posi unit

I was looking at getting 2 of these ON 3 performance 76mm turbo here are the specs

dum
Cold Side:

.80 a/r
4” Inlet and 2.5” Compressor Outlet

how much power do you want to make? the 76's wouldn't really be necessary the 70's would work fine. I wouldn't do the .96 ar housings though I would do the .68 or .81 at most. which headers are you going to use? packing gets really tight but its doable.

Oh yea I was thinking about the 70mms or even 67mms but since this is my first turbo build I thought they will be to small for the 6.0s

An im buy a header kit an build them my self

An for power If I get close to 800hp ill be happy lol

If your doing front mounts, I don't know of any header kits that will work. I have not seen anyone do twins under an S10 yet, but would like to see that.

this is my old setup in my 96 s10. built my own headers too.

Dam it looks clean what header kit did you use I was lookin at some on jegs

An what brand are those an size ?? 70s??

I used jegs 1-5/8" open wheel well headers and flipped them. They are cx racing gt35 turbos 60mm compressor 61mm turbine

Yea I was lookin at those did you tig or mig weld them?? Yea ive seen a 4.8 70 camaro running those turbos an I think at 10psi he was running 9s at 1/4 I thinkin of 0n3 70s or maybe even the on3 76s because ill be stroking my 6.0 (364) to a 402 by next december

its all mig. im too broke to buy a tig now haha. theirs no such thing as spool with those turbos. its instant power all the time. do twin on3 76's if youll be doing a 402 down the road. atleast put the .81 ar housings on them or even step them up to .96

Yea I might just do the 70s ima be running a 340lph fuel pump with 80lb injectors would that be enough fuel flow

Those 80's and pump should be good up til 800ish.
