I'm in the 800rwhp+ range on 2000 ls1 factory bolts and all. Still OK but no serious track stuff either. Nearly all street. Car weighs 3400 without myself. Good solid load with no tire spin like in Doug's situation ^^ they wont last long I'm sure.

Interested in this too, just bought an l33 and as soon as I can get out of the driveway, I'm going to go to the bank so I can order an on3.

high 9s at 140 in a 3300lb fox for about 1.5 years of racing, eventually bent a rod or two slightly.

race/pump mix, and methanol. 22lbs of boost and 15deg of timing.

Went 8's with my gen3 rods. 8.6:1 motor on E85 (5.3). 25lbs S475. Lost a timing chain and it took the motor out. I think I could have gone faster. (2850lb rx7.)

Here are my old gen3's next to the new gen4's I'll be running this year.

Weight is a big factor on these jy motors if you can build a light car you can run these stock motors "reliable"for a while with big power

true true!! I saw that foose04 truck was running a gen 3 4.8 making some pretty sick power for quiet a few years.
