Default crossover steam line help

Hi, my engine originally came with the steam pipe that only vents the front of the engine, and it has the rear Ports blocked off. I would like to find the style that vents all 4 steam Ports. Does anyone know the GM part number for these? I would like to find the truck style, but if nothing else I can use the original ls1 style.

Here's what I did with my steam ports this time around... The rear crossover tube is from a cadillac, GM part #12605716. The front cross over tube is from the ls6, Witch you have already.

Here's the rear cadillac crossover...

Here in the green square is the front ls6 crossover...

So where did that little barbed fitting come from? That actually looks like a GM part. The one in the front...

Thanks for the complement, What intake manifold are you running. You could try to find a used pipe from a 98-00 f-body that had a ls1 intake. Its a pipe system that fits under the intake. Here is what my car had originally...
