Plenty of threads on TCI you can do a search. Great price and performance for the money.

I'm running high good times with one. I have no complaints so far.

I've had my TCI SSF3500 in for about a month now and I have yet to go WOT. ok, well I've done it once and almost did a 360. Took her to about 60mph then let off. Got there pretty damn quickly too. It's working great and amazes me. But if you're strap for cash then the TCI is the way to go.

I have about 3 buddies running the 3500's and it seems there mph are pretty low compared to yank's.

I got mine just over a week ago. Still havn't learned how to launch it properly, went to track for first time ever last night. My mods/ET in sig. I KNOW there is more in it than that, and my 106.5 mph trap seems high enough to me, considering i only made 320rwhp on the stock converter.

JTM what TCI and yank converter are you comparing and do the cars have exactly the same mods, I dont think TCI has a bad mph from what i have seen. You are being alittle vague with that statement.

Did you need to tune for your converter in the 01 car?

damn hard to get your tires to hook.I even had some drag radials on for a few runs (air temp was cooling down though) I did get a 12.9 though.

loved my 3500 for a bolt on car...now with heads/cam i really need to go bigger...great bang for the buck though as I cut .6 off my et with the converter & slicks the first time out, not bad IMO.

You can get the car to hook on pretty small drag radials. I have cut a 1.64 w/my TCI3500 using 255/16 BFG DRs. I launch around 2k and walk off the brake while rolling onto the gas. If I mat the pedal right away I'll spin up pretty bad.

Yes. They can build it however tight or loose you want it.
