Question G5x3

Hi y'all

I just bought this cam and i want to ask if it will work without tuning in a M6 camaro? another thing . what kinda pushrods i shoudl use (stock length or the shorter one)? what will be the best spring kit that goes with it ?

define your definition of "work"? also are your heads milled at alll? as for springs pick up the PP Golds from TSP.

Contact Lou at LGM. For only him and a mysterious handfull poeple know the exact specs and can advise you on the valvetrain for sure
IMO, 7.4 prods, dual springs, Ti retainers etc..., Double roller chain, LS6 ported pump, (The usual)

I know it "worked" for quick99......at least till he discovered that "working" was running 15:1 a/f.

where i live there is no dynos and no tuners so "working" ment installing the cam and enjoying it for a while untill i can find someone that have ls1 edit or hp tuner and have files for the same cam to tune my car.

heads r stock and will not mill low octan gas over here

Hey i'd get the gold springs from tsp, stock length pushrods, mines an m6 and its not to bad for driveability, need to slip the clutch from a stop on stock gears, you should make around 400 with all the bolt ons

There is a fairly NEW hand held programmer on the market VHP/Crane, that has a lot more than Predator. Kind of like a mini edit. Lets you adjust for fuel, injectors, delete TM, 4 cam range basic tunes, fuel and timing changes, raise idle etc.... GP for $419.00 at Vinci's.
I'm getting one because there is no tuner here either, all tuning has to be done by me and this programmer is pretty handy I think.
