Pics of "battery in rear" setup, and switches?
I'm going to put my battery in the rear and would like to see some setups you've done. I'm accually going to put mine in the DS, but any custom setups welcome. And I'm useing an Optima.
I'm also looking for switch setups also. I was thinking of the Flamming River setup.
thanks

The only pic I have of mine right now is of the swith which is kind of hard to see in the pic. My battery box is located in the center of the T Top holder area. I got the Moroso cutoff swith but I think the Flaming River one is much better. Maybe I'll switch to the Flaming River cut off switch later.

pics look good guys, Got some nice setups in there. Seems like the Flaming River switches are pritty popular.
Do you have to have a plastic cover over the whole battery in the dry cell optima batteries?
Keep the pics comming guys,
thanks again.

i used to have a bmr bracket.. but since switching back to a lightweight battery i got tired of having 2/3 of the bmr bracket empty.. i made this one at work and have yet to install it. i set it up to bolt in the holes where the bmr bracket mounted
if anyone has acess to a laser and press brake, i can supply the bend drawings and the .dxf file

If I drag the bumper, the switch will be the least of my worries (damage-wise) unless it kills vehicle power mid-air somehow. I put it there because I can simply unbolt the handle, and you'd never know it was there when on the street or at a show.
