A 3 arm puller to remove the crank pulley and 16 pen magnets to hold the lifters. It is pretty easy to do. And a longer crank bolt or a piece of threaded rod to get the pulley back on the crank. And I used the Matco LS1 pulley holding tool, worked pretty dam good to get the new bolt stretched.

A lot of cams require new valve springs. For that you need a suitable valve spring compressor & air compresssor/spark plug air fitting to keep the valves closed while changing the springs.The Moore Valvespring compressor works real well, especially on the rear cylinders (the ones under the windshield).

All aftermarket cams require aftermarket valvesprings. You can use TDC method to do the springs and don't need the compressor. Much easier. Too bad I bought the compressor already

Something to hold the lifters up (I use 5/16 rods) Pulley puller, valve spring compressor (search "larry tool") & basic tools. To be extra safe you can use one of these allthread bolts to reinstall your pulley.

Fuel line disconnect tool. Would definately make life alot easier
