A run in with a Carrera Porsche.... I have a modded '92 Mustang GT. All motor runs...didn't need to spray. 
Well, my hubby and I were leaving a local dealership Thursday night, when what do we see....a Carrera Porsche!!! I got excited, because we never find anyone to race. Anyway, it was making the U-turn and we just went through the light. I was like...this is going to be fun...IF they decide to play. Before I had that thought he's coming...we hit it and he's history!! We jetted about 3 to 4 cars away from him. We let off the throttle and he decided to try and do a fly by...not going to happen....we hit it and he's history again.
We make a left turn and he's goes the same way, but this time he stays way behind. We go about a mile or so and he comes on the side and motions to let the window down, so I do and he ask what's done to the car and I responded it was stock. His girl says there's no way in hell that cars stock. So, I just laugh and let the window back up. We had to get gas, so guess who stops as well...they were impressed to say the least and extremely cool too. How often do you beat up on a Porsche and the owner gives you praises...especially when you are in a Mustang. We found out it was a '02 and my hubby asked if he didn't mind saying how much did he pay for it and he says a whooping $97,000!!!!! So, I'm feeling pretty darn good about my 13 year old stang.
We find out that he has owned many stangs before and he says he will be back, but in a '93 stang. I thought that was so funny...he couldn't beat us in his $97,000 Porshce, but he wants a rematch in a stang.
We chatted for about an hour or so...like I said they were really cool.
We had fun and got a chance to make some new friends..pretty good night.
