Default Spraying tnt 100 should I move up to 150?

Hey guys,
Ive been spraying a tnt 100 shot for a while and have LOVED the performance. Car is nasty on the spray. I got awesome results with the 100 shot (125rwhp). Car made 494rwhp and 565rwtq with just a intake and a catback. I have headers going in soon and will retune so I am wondering if I should just step up to the 150 shot. Am I getting greedy? Should I just stay with the 100shot.

Let me know your input.

I don't think a 150 shot is greedy at all. Just make sure you can fuel it and then go have fun.

Be careful using the TNT 150 shot, remember they underrate. Just tune it and run it as safe as you can. Your car will be a monster with the headers/150shot/and a tune.

Go for it, just make sure your fuel system can handle it.

Fuel system is stock on my zo6.

Ill put it on the dyno and see how it runs. Use if a bigger fuel jet if needed and go from their.

Should I take out any timing?

Thanks for all the info guys.

i would at least get an in-tank pump for a tnt 150. as far as timing, i pull about 2 degrees out just to be safe, but theres a few people running stock timing with no problems.

Don't need timing retard IF your still runing stock timing, if not then you will have to retard it 1-2 degrees....added fuel jet does NOT compensate for lack of fuel pump...get the racetronix or LPE intank fuel pump kit to be safe....then spray 150 shot and redyno to ensure proper AF ratio (may even have to play with jetting to get it right sometimes), and be sure to use NGK TR6's gapped at .035-.038

Go for it. Stock fuel pump will support your needs on Z06. Plenty of guys are running this HP with stock pump. Don't qoute me but I believe stock fuel system can support the 150hp shot. Do a search on corvette forum in n20 section to be sure.

Ok, so thats what Im going to do.

150shot and retune. Hopefully I wont run lean!

What kind of #'s do you think Ill make.
I made 494rwhp 565rwtq on the 100 shot. Thats 125rwhp increase!

Does the TNT 150 shot hit just as hard? Im thinking 175rwhp increase??

It'll hit alot harder. It feels good. It's hard to say if you'll make 175 at the wheels. You can be sure you won't make any less than 150 though.

Be sure to check your sparkplugs ( pull at least one and inspect) after spraying 150.
