That should work just fine for street and track use, but if it's a track only car with mods you have i'd assume you could go into the 4000 range if you are just looking for the best timeslips out of the car.

The Vig 3200 is a good sometimes on the street, twice a month to the track converter. 3.73 is a perfect gear for this converter cause it really tightens it up on the street. Looking at your mods, I'd say your rig is not going to be much of a street car, so 4,000 stall is the way I would go with what you've got there. Best wishes. WJ

This is 96lt1 i change my username. my goal for the car is get to the 10.5x to 11.1x on the spray. On the street i will hit the spray after im out a couple of feet, at the track the spray is coming on out the hole ( hopefully the 10 bolt can make some passes) The car will see the track about twice a month. lots of street racing.

I have a 3800 and its great. Check my sig for mods. I'm not sure if larger stalls work as well for lt1s but I would not be happy with a smaller stall. The 3800 is perfect for my setup. It eats up all my cam surge and drives great. It gets me right into my powerband when I flash it.

I know our mods/motor are competly different but its a great daily driver, once a week to the track converter.
