But don't let their shifter ***** sit in direct sunlight; solid aluminum = HOT!

The stock one unscrews. I have heard that some were difficult to remove. I was prepared for a fight, but mine came right off. I put on a flameball.

Not hard to remove at all. They do get extremely hot and Im probably gonna go back to the leather hurst one. florida sun+aluminum=a rough drive home. BTW, rksport.com sells them and I believe afterthoughts auto sells them. Might wanna check though.

Those look cool. What size thread did you get? 1 7/8" or 2 1/8"?

I didn't remember so I just went to their website and it said 2 1/8". They also charge an extra $4.00 for the special threads for the F-body, Corvette and some other GM makes.

I know it's not a camaro but I'd assume it's the same to change them. Mine is MBA with the Phoenix engraved, I absolutely love it! Compliments the pewter paint job perfectly.

LOL, it's got a CD changer in it, but only 2 speakers... gotta have some sound once in a while. Normally I just listen to the engine.
