Default I have a ws6 is it worth putting 3" i-pipe

I have lts and a bullet in the i-pipe,is it worth putting 3" over the axel to my magnaflow muffler??

Yes it's worth the 3 inch pipe. Just buy a regular catback so you get a new muffler, tailpipes and tips as well.

That's funny, I'm installing a 3" I-pipe right now- and to a Magnaflow muffler as well. I was actually surprised at the visible difference in pipe size. I think it will be worth it.

It will make a difference, I'd do it. Magnaflow claims ~5rwhp on a stock LS1. Obviously that # will grow with mods. It sounds better also.

i just put a 3" i pipe to a 3.5 bullet and ran a single 3" exhaust out the back. still sounds like i have duals just really loud. top end is awesome but bottom is somewhat lacking.

oh its cheaper to leave at as is. I guess it wont make that much of a differece. maybe just noise. my i-pipe is 3" its just over the axel to the muffler its stock.
