why use a stand alone fuel??

Because FUEL is dedicated to the Nitrous system alone, running lean on nitrous is one of the worst things you can do to a motor, things have a tendency to get really hot. A dedicated fuel system also allows the stock fuel system to provide engine fuel only thus hopefully decreasing any chances of low fuel pressure.

another ? if i were to do this sence i can control pressure couldnt i just turn up or down the fuel pressure instead of changing jets? is there a level sensor? how would u know if ur low on fuel and run out

Sure turning the pressure up or down is alot finer adjustment then swapping jets.. Do not know if the tanks come with sensor from the pics I have seen I would say no, there is not one..

You have to open the fuel cell and check the fuel level manually.
