Default NW Differential=Good experience

I had Dan at NW Differential build a Moser 12-bolt for Dorothy.

Dan finally got all the parts, built the rear, took it for a test drive felt it was noisey and re-built it again with a different set of gears. Well it's like stock quiet now. It is nice to find shops that take pride in their work and will re-do stuff to make sure it is right. Would have been easy to just say strong gears are noisey right?

Anyways wanted to post another positive experience for this shop.

Oh I am going to try and follow the break-in period but even taking it really easy the butt-o-meter can detect a huge gain in the fun to drive.

What gears did you go with?

How much did they charge? I'll probably be needing a new rear (and clutch) in the not too distant future

NW Differential is awesome, I agree. They did my 10-bolt, and will probably do my 12-bolt when I install it, too.

Dan also did my 12 bolt when I grenaded it and needed a Detroit Locker installed. Rear end leaked from day one, nothing I tried stopped it... but hell, it don't leak anymore after Dan's treatment.

Now, my gears are loud... but that's just the nature of my beast.

Moser 12-bolt, US Gears 3:73, Detriot Tru-trac posi, Custom Aluminum driveshaft. Dan rates are fair but it was not a budget build.
