Heads came in yesterday, a few pics
Well, it took 5.5 weeks for them to come in, but I'm happy with the outcome so far (#s to come). Precision Porting stg 3, with thermal coating to cumbustion chambers & valves. PRC Gold dual valve spring kit. Here are a few pictures.
The rest of my setup is: LGM G5X3 114, LS6 intake, LS6 oil pump, Double roller, 160* stat, Trick Flow hardened pushrods, 36# injectors....

I can't remember are those 241 (LS1) or 243 (LS6) heads? The flow numbers look like LS1. Yours are slightly better than mine but not by too much...happen to know your runner size?
Have car will travel...you're not too far. Let me know when you plan on doing it and I'll see if I'm available. The tear-down is pretty simple but requires some grunt work and cleaning out the block which is time consuming (and very important). I'm guessing you're going with stock gaskets so you don't really have to measure PTD height to set quench, and if that's the case your PTV clearance should be fine...so mostly you'll just be bolting everything back up without too much complication. Anyway, let me know.
