Those till work for the ones with stripped heads, but the ones that are rusted in place try some PB Blaster/WD40/Kroil
If you can get to it, smack the head with a hammer, sometimes that'll jar the rust loose, then hit it with the penetrating oil, wait a bit, and try unscrewing it

PB Blaster and a couple of good raps.
Sometimes heat will help.

An electric heat gun is a good tool for this - about $15 from Depo. Care is needed to avoid burning stuff like wires, and hoses, etc., however.

You want to heat the item holding the fastner/bolt and not the bolt, if possible. As they item cools, add liquid wrench.... try not to start a fire as an open flame tends to torch things in a hurry......

If you working under the hood, don't use the liquid wrench after heating....
