Default well ran the PTK LS1 at the track

I got a new best at the Rock last night
the car is a 2002 Z28 with T67 Turbo and FMIC and a Six Speed tranny with the stock clutch which is slipping
it made the ##s in my sig
I was runing 7.5 LBS of Boost but it is falling off to around 5.5 LBS at 5000 RPM
11.97 at 120 MPH in Nittos and a slipping clutch
I also got a 11.98
the 1/8 mile on both passes were 7.88 at 94 MPH
you can say that is slow for a turbo camaro and you are right but I am still working out small bugs here and there

oh and I drove to the track with my wife and 2 year old boy and his carseat
and it is my daily driver

people can say its slow but most people including myself are not FI for the momment. at least you have a base to work off of now. get a good clutch and your times will come down. what were your 60ft. times.

damn I have spent about 2 grand more than the turbo kit cost so far for little **** that you need such as wideband, fuel pressure guage, boost guage, fuel pump, injectors, tune and dyno time( 3 times on the dyno due to me being a nOOb), boost controller, and I am sure there is more that I don't remember

there is a lot more money involved in going FI than what most people think. I am trying to get all of the little thing bought now so when I do go ahead I won't have any unexpected suprises.

Congrats! I think that's awesome for a stock clutch. You had over 550 rwtq, right? Your clutch is going to burn out real soon.

your boost could be dropping off due to improper air filter flow or an electric boost controller not working right.... could just not be big enough filter, could be dirty... does the boost drop off all the time at that rpm?, try taking the filter off and see if that fixes it... if it does you just need to get a better filter set up..... running full boost your times will be better, nice runs though, your in the 11's
