Default Will a single cutout still sound good??

Im definently going with a single cutout for performance, but will the single still sound good and loud? Oh yeah, i am running lt's.

im getting lt's, ory and a cut out installed in about a week or 2, i asked this same question and i was told 1 cut out was fine

I heard cutouts make it sound loud and raspy....Im gona go with a single because I heard it didnt sound as "bad"; what do the rest of yall think when it comes to sound with lt's, no cats, and a single cutout???

NO..... unless you like the raspy sound. At least thats how mine sounded when I did it.

Honestly.... an open exhaust that isn't run through some sort of muffler sounds like a$$.

Unrefined. loud and blaring. poop.

IMO they sound pretty good on stock LS1s right behind the cat, so I'm gonna do that soon. For headers I'd just recommend LTs and true duals, but to each his own.

i have Pacesetter LTs, 3" Off Road Ypipe, single cut-out, and a Magnaflow "catback". it sounds mean as hell with the cut-out open, and just a little healthy with it closed. it's not raspy at all to me open, just LOUD.

I heard a car with hooker lt's, ory and a cutout after a 3" bullet. Sounded good. A bullet muffler before the cutout smooth out the tone without costing power.

my cut-out is behind the cats and it sounds really good, no rasp. my buddy has turndowns behind the cats and his sounds like a$$.
