Default Fuddle Racing

I just had a 3400 2.1 str fuddle converter installed on my 99 trans am.All i have to say woah it made a big diffrence and the converter is tight and it locks up quick, but when you get on it the rpm's just jump all i have to say thanks alot to John at Fuddle for the great converter and the best customer service.

I'm about to purchase the same verter, you guys get any tuning with the change?

Default tuning

I didnt tune mine yet and dont plan on doing it soon either, beacuse the shift points are right and i am not hitting of the rev limiter in any gear.

nope, didn't need a tune with mine. First to second shift is at around 5800, second to third is about 6100. I don't think a tune would be worth it at this point.
I would say if your car's not hitting the rev limiter or shifting too soon, don't worry about it.

i guess it depends on your set-up. the first stall i put in i had to get major tuning done
