Default Futral Needs Help

I ordered my cam + springs from futral about a week ago and havent gotten a tracking number or anything yet (i realize its only been a week). So i called up futral and aaaaaaasss usual no answer. So i emailed em, no response yet

I just gotta say this. Futral you need to bite the bullet and get a couple more people in there to keep your customer relations in tact... All you are doing is pissing people off and loosing potential customers

just my 2cents

cant wait for my cam!

it usualy takes me a few times to get a hold of them, they told me they were trying to find someone as we speak to handle the phones. Anyways about the cams i would expect it for at least another week, cammotion is changing their cores(to avoid the problems latly). Told me when i ordered my cam monday to expect 2 to 3 weeks max cause they wouldnt start grinding till the end of this week and they have quit a few cams in line to get grind.

This is kinda a bump in the road for FMS, every company has them the best you can do is just wait. Allan is a pretty straight up guy its not like he's going to just leave you hanging, but it might take a little more time then you want ot get done.

i never had problems with futral placing orders and such. just try pming allen.
it took one of my buddies about 3 weeks to month to get his cam.
my last order with them was my gears and it took 2 weeks. No big deal i still never put those things in. and i got them in before december.

I have been calling and e-mailing futral for weeks! I can't seem to get in touch with them at all. Does anyone know a good time to call?

Every 5 minutes...its completely random when someone will answer, Ive had peeps answer in the morning, over noon, and after noon. I called on monday and emailed on tuesday and havent received a response from either.

man thats sux dude, i ended up just cancelling my order, and went with a custom cam from Thunder Racing. Cam has already been doctored and is off to my house as we speak.

Sucks to hear all.. I always order all my stuff from thunder, they are quick and actually stock these parts..

I want an FM-13, but I want to know that I am going to get the cam within a months time, so I am holding off.

I sold a tr224 that I already had to get the futral cam.

they originally told me 3 weeks... looks like its going to be 5 weeks for me, but as long as it works i'll be happy.

My buddy just went through the same thing, its not Futrals fualt, its Cam Motions fualt.

yea i know its cam motions fault but they sell cam motion cams so unfortuntaly it becomes their problem.

I think futral has it together again. They just hired someone full time for the phones. So far every time I have called I have gotten them to answer. Alan is doing everything possible to make sure his customers are happy, and I am greatful. Sucks that we have to wait, but hopefully this cam will be worth the wait!

same.... I dont think that "its cam motions fault" is a reasonable excuse when i order a product from a company.... when i order 800$ in parts from a company i expect it in a timely fashion

ESPECIALLY when they never state that it would take well over a month when the order was placed

****, even a simple "out of stock" warning would have allowed me to plan accordingly and/or buy my cam elsewhere.... as of right now THEY are holding me up from geting my car inspected because i have ses a light on and i was going to have it tuned out when i got my CAMMED TRANS AM TUNED! GAH!
