Does it go away after motor is warmed up?

the motor is warm in that video. Sorry for me being lazy when posting the video, but I was in a hurry to take it * even forgo opening the doors lol * and post it.

Car was ~210degs in that movie. Its worse on cold start up, almost a sewing machine noise. It has NEVER done this before. When it is worse is if your in high gear ( say 5th or 6th at like 40-50mph ) and your just going along idleing on flat grounds, and you come up on a hill, and your just gonna forgo downshifting to maintain speed, and the motor lugs a bit, thats when it makes the noise bad...

Im thinking its something in the valve train, but I'm not too smart.

That sounds like an exaust leak to me. Does it get noticeably louder when you rev it up.

Im gonna sea foam it after I get it back from the shop, then I am gonna try to just tighten the headers, if they don't budge, I am gonna replace the gasket on that side ( driverside thanks god )

Sounds like your plug wires are loose...Take them off then put them back on...

if they are loose the electricity wouldnt be directly going on the spark plug and therefore ticking meaning its not on fully.
