Default Anyone want to tell me what's wrong with my AC?

Last year, I had a guy at a shop charge the system, put dye in it, and it ran for like a day and a half. I noticed there was some leaking from the low-pressure side valvecore, so I replaced that. I've put refrigerant and dye in there on several occassions, but it just doesn't want to work for me. The compressor did kick on a few times, but only hot air was blown out. I just need someone to tell me what's wrong, so I can go from there. I'd definitely spot someone a few bucks for doing so, too. Thanks.

Can't tell you anything without accurate pressure readings. Just a guess, it's leaking somewhere else and is low.

you use an ultraviolet light to see were the dye is leaking at. get someone to use a sniffer in the vents to see if the evaporator has a leak. but make sure you dont over charge the system. i would personally have someone evacuate the sts that way you can tell how much it is low.

I think I might've overcharged the system before. How much will a shop charge to find my leak?
