Default Dynoing a 97 C5 vert with a charger....any guesses?

97 C5, A&A vortech V2, fast intake, bbk tb, bbk headers, no cats, full magnaflow exhaust, lingenfelter 255 lph fuel pump, 42lbs injectors...10psi....??? Can anyone give me an idea where this car should be at power wise? I'm a little worried about the 10psi (too much) but I will be watching the a/f's very closely!! We will be adding a boost cooler in the near future! Any ideas will be much appreciated!

500-520 depending how liberal the dyno is.

You're the closest, it made 499.9rwhp at 6300rpm...12psi, 11.6ish A/F. At 6500rpm the fuel pressure would drop from 60 psi to 50 psi then go lean...what would cause this? Could it be the tune? I sent the computer to Andy at A&A and he put his tune into it, he guessed 490 to the wheels, I would say he knows what he talking about! Props to A&A Corvette for a pretty stout set up! Time for a clutch!

Sounds like you were running out of injector or fuel pump.

Yeah, I was thinking that but seeing that it came with the kit I figured it was in the tune! Does anyone make a larger in-tank pump for the C5's? These vette's are awesome, I do drive a "ford" but I've had a lot of fun with the Corvette's, I may have to re-think my choice of cars!!

Racetronix and Lingenfelter make a larger stock location pump. I run a Racetronix along with 60 # Mototron injectors with my combo.

Well the kit came with the lingenfelter pump, I'm wondering if it's maxing out the duty cycle on the injectors??? What's your set up?

Good god, I can't stop starring at you're avatar.

As far as the power guesstimate goes I'd say 485-500....

somehow your 500hp seems low for 12lbs of boost on an ls1... must be a super safe tune, what was the timing from 4kup?
