To LS1Tech members.....
If you have tried to send us an e-mail on May 15th and May 16th, we did not recieve it. Our hosting server that controls our site and e-mail has been down for the last 2 days on and off. Chances are we did not recieve the e-mail. So please feel free to e-mail us again, and we will try to address it asap. Please keep in mind we now recieve 300-400 e-mails per day, so it may take a little bit, but we will try to address it within 24hrs, which is our current policy.
Thanks
Jose Z.

Most email servers will attempt resends for example, here are some comments from my outgoing email server configuration.
# This single retry rule applies to all domains and all errors. It specifies
# retries every 15 minutes for 2 hours, then increasing retry intervals,
# starting at 1 hour and increasing each time by a factor of 1.5, up to 16
# hours, then retries every 6 hours until 4 days have passed since the first
# failed delivery.
