I ran the 275/60/15's on my supra.. they worked very well, I like them better then mt radials and they weigh less.. on stock independent suspension i was cutting 1.42 60fts all day long...car went 10.1x-10.20's@132-133mph on them @ 3700lbs..

I have a new set of the 325's here for my camaro, but i might try and squeaze the 390/45/15's under it..

do the 325's fit pretty well? I have lots of suspension work, including adjustable panhard rod, and I have 315 on 17X11 centered perfectly, lowered about 1 inch all around, HAL shocks all around, Hal springs up front, DMS lowering springs in rear, and was wondering if any other work would be needed to make them fit.

Thanks for replying, I am going to order a pair of the 28" tall 325 tomorrow....great size option for 17 in rims.

I know people that put 325/50/15 Nitto's on stock suspension, with no mods besides grinding the rear calipers.

i have been asking in the wheels forum about these tire i am wanting to get the 275/50/17 and wanted to know how well they hold up. i need a tire the i can drive a couple of miles to work every day and be able to run them on the stip on the week end and i want some that will last at least 12000 is that even possible and if so what is the best tire to do it with. I was looking at the nittos but they don't come in the 50 side wall. just trying to get some info any help would be great.

It’s good to see more options for 17” DR’s!
I’m needing a little something more for the street then a 315/35/17 Nitto (great street tire, dry and rain) that I am running now running

I would like to see a picture of a M&H 325-45-17 on a 17x11 rim.

There other options now, take a look at Hoosier P335/35R17, 12.5 wide, 13.5 sec, 25.4 Dia.

I would like to see someone make a 27 tall x 11.5 wide DR to fit a 17x11.

Interesting....325/45/17.

I don't think I can fit a 28" tire. My car is real low. 26" is no problem though.

I have Edelbrock Torque Arm w/ poly mount
Hotchkis front hollow sway bar
Hotchkis rear hollow sway bar
Hotchkis welded in sub frame connectors
BMR lower control arm rubber/poly
BMR adjustable panhard rod bar
HAL QAI-R front shocks and springs
HAL QA1 rear shocks with DMS lowering springs
BMR bolt in control arm relocation brackets

and I did the BFH mod to get my 315-35-17 on 17X11 to fit perfect....hope these fit without any further modding...I will find out early next week! Have to check pinin angle again with this setup!

had to get rid of the DMS lowering springs in the rear, and put stock ones back in.... a little more clearancing of the inner fender wells, and voila, they fit. Tight, but they fit and don't rub. I put my HAL shocks at 6 and 7 (rear) left and right.
