Drag Radial's and the rain
Im planning on getting some drag radials for my car. I know drag radials arent really made to be driven in wet weather but im going to risk it. Does anyone know which drag radial is safer on wet roads? Im thinking going nitto or bfg if anyone has a better option let me know.

I was very surprised at how they (the 555RII's) handle in the rain. The RII'2 are the same as the R's, but with a sidewall stiffener added.
I've got them on all 4 corners and they are more stable in the rain than the Kumho Ecsta 712's and Bridgestone Potenza RE's I had.

With the M/T DRs if you run no more than 25 psi on the street you'll be ok in the rain. I have been caught many times and have been fine both on the 255 50 R16s and the 275 50 R15s...When its dry you have to experiment with prssures to get an even wear pattern, I use my daughters driveway chaulk on the tread and drive then check the wear until its uniform...
