Default Is my catch can doing its job?

The lines going to and from the catch can were blue and now theirs oil coated on both of them. After half a tank of gas their was about 5 drops of oil in the catch can.

If theirs oil in the line going to the intake manifold does this mean that oil is still going into my intake manifold.
Their is a picture of the catch can on my cardomain, its the first pic. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2301941

Would it be better if I put the tube coming from the pcv valve halfway down the catch can?

Pull hose off of throttle body from can. If you feel flow, then it is probably just fine. You may not have much blow by at all. Also, you can take off your throttle body and look inside your intake manifold with a flashlight. Look for thick oily coating (bad) or almost nothing (good). That simple.

There shouldn't be any oil on the other hose, to make sure do what he suggested. I checked mine today and I noticed I'm still getting "little" oil in my intake. Looks like I'm goin' to !PCV on my car.

Its your last alternate to prevent oil in your intake. Metco sells a screw on breather or you can fab out of a breather/oil cap from autozone.

While you're at it... you can port/polish that TB, do a bump stop mod, TB bypass. I'll show you what it'll looks like... I'm 15 min. away from LR.

Its an intake manifold cleaner. Get rid of those oil build up you have in your intake.

You think it screwed anything up in my fuel system?......a month or so ago I lost my gas pedal for about 5 secs....kind of felt like I had full choke on or something. Nothing ever since except getting less than 10 miles a gallon (somthing like that) and it aint my lead foot.

Yeah, you probably have a good build up in your valves also... SEAFOAM will take care of those too.

Alright I ported my tb today, so i took some quick shots of my intake manifold.

Its definitley still leaking oil into the intake. Could I just block off the hole where it goes into the intake manifold, and put a breather to cap the hose (the one coming from catch can to the intake manifold.

do you think a husky air compressor filter would work better, cause the catch can is working at all, theirs just a few drops in it after over 3,000 miles and theirs definitley oil in my intake.
