One of my F-body buds lives there and is always trying to get me to move out that way. Roadtrip anyone?

Which all of the Zaino products did you use?

Come on down, there are lots of F-bodies down here, the more the merrier.

Washed it with dish washing liquid to get all the old wax off, then Z18 Clay barred it (took a little while and lots of elbow grease), washed it again, then I took Z5 with the ZFX additive, that's as far as I've gotten so far. Just got done applying the second coat of the Z5/ZFX combo. Going for a third later tonight after the second coat dries. Then to finish it off, I'm gonna use Z6. They say, the more coats, the better the shine, so we'll see.

I've always taken good care of the paint and pewter is so easy. There are more than likely swirls, but you can't see 'em.

YES, the Zaino will do the tick as far as making her shine. I use Zanio on my Z, also.

Where did you come up w/ the head light lens???

Enjoy that new shine, sharp SS

I thoguht that you were supposed to use the Z6 in between every coat. That might just be them trying to get you to use more product, but that's what I did and I'm happy anyways.

The instruction sheet that came with the products says to use Z6 as a finisher after you have put however many coats of Z5/ZFX. I would imagine there is more than one way to kill the cat here if you get my meaning. Thanks for the info.

Looks great. I have been using Zaino products for years and I think they are the best. I love the headlights, that might be my next mod...

I usually do Z6 between coats, insures all the wax is off from the prior coat. I always Z6 throughly prior to waxing, that's a must and either Z6 or Z9 after.

How often do you use the clay bar. I seem to get a lot of contaminants on my paint fairly quickly where I live.

Thanks for the compliment. The corners were bought off of ebay. They are just clear, not painted black at all. They only cost me around 20 shipped.
