longtube install problem

longtube install problem
i have a 99 SS and i just installed pacesetter longtubes and tsp true duals. i got everything done and drove it around the block and it runs like complete crap. sounds good its not missing the plugs are tight. i have the two sensors hooked up the the collectors but thats it im not running the other to that hook up to the stock cats. the car feels like im towing a house behind it. do i need a tune? help me

Did you put the right 02 sensors in the headers? In other words, you are really using the rear ones instead of installing the extension harnesses to hook up the front 02 sensors..?

I don't know if you have any vibrations, but mine has plenty:
I can rev to about 3k, let the clutch out and stomp it and my '98 ss won't even spin the tires...
runs decent any other time...I think the knock sensors are picking up on the vibrations and sensing it as knock and retarding the timing...

I remember when I first got longtubes + true duals, the first time I went WOT it was slower then before. After putting more miles on it, the PCM learned what was going on and adjusted, runs very good now without a tune.
