Blower cam
I am strongly considering a D1SC in the near future and have been curious which cam you experienced board members would recommend. I have been considering 3 different ones (in my limited experience). If you have any other suggestions for my street car, please feel free to elaborate if you choose other.

Yeah I would suggest the same also to look in the FI section. I also would like a D1SC at some pt in time and have been looking at cams that provide a good increase N/A and good for FI. Look at TRs site there and you see their (I think) 224/227 -114 is ideal for FI also. I think that cam would be better for NA then the other one, even just a 224/224 -114 would be. What I would really like to get is an FMS FM7.

I bought a used TR 220/220 114 ($150) knowing that I'd eventually add a blower. Now that the blower is on, no regrets. 500HP from a PISC with heads.
If I were buying new, a little less overlap and a couple more degrees on the exhaust would be ideal.

I went with the Lingenfelter Gt2-3 and made 525 rwhp and 510 rwtq and it's on a stock bottom end. Feels great too...

Im happy with my tiny cam... sounds good enough and is extremely tame on the street.

Check my post on the SC2 from Comp Cams 226/234 duration .598/.599 lift at 117+2 LSA. Sounds killer and pulls like hell

224/230 0.581/0.591 115+4 for me...
Does everything I need it to. You dont need a big cam with FI to get results.
The TR blower cam does look like it could be an interesting choice.

Here is a cam that we have used with many turbo and ProCharger equipped cars, that has a great lopey sound, plus it pulls really hard.
Here is an STS equipped Camaro SS that we used the above camshaft in. Bob

Cam Motions reccomendation to me for my goals was more like a 236/246...
Must admit...I'm glad I played safe, and opted for a smaller cam, as I have achieved more than expected with it.
Perhaps the bigger cam would offer more power...but at the expense of a nice smooth idle etc.
That was a price I wasnt willing to pay.
