There was a poll on here, and the K&N bigger size filter is what most (without lowered cars) said they buy, I think it was #4007, but im not sure on that, you'll have to look around or wait for someone else to reply.

K&N hp2006. I'm lowered and I haven't torn it off on a speedbump and trashed my motor yet.
There's plenty of things that hang lower than the filter, it's really nothing to worry about unless you're offroading with your car, traversing ruts and deep crevasses.

It always cracks me up when people say they don't want to use the bigger filter because on the K&N the nut on the bottom sits slightly below the oil pan. I always say they same thing....If you bottom out enough to take your oil filter out you have MUCH bigger problems than a snapped oil filter
