Default crazy missfire, any ideas

I get missfires only when it rains. it lasts 24 secs to maybe a min & 30 sec. the great part is soon as it stops the SES light turns off and takes the code with it.

anyone had this happen or have an idea??

im having this same problem. i took my car to a shop and the guy told me it was my spark plug wires touching the headers and causing a short. but i custom cut and re-lengthened my 02 sensors, and now that you guys say yall have had the same problem, then maybe its the same with me. he also said that cylinder 6 was misfiring the most.

sorry for hijackin the thread white man.

So you're running no 02's at all? Ballsy. I would suspect you're still running the front 02's. If your REAR 02's are tuned out but still connected, theres a chance that if your wires are exposed that you might throw a code when driving in the rain.
