Default Took the LS1 Nova to the track again, better numbers this time

I took the Nova to the track again last Saturday. This is after installing 30 lb. injectors, an LS6 intake, and an underdrive pulley. The best time of the day was 12.19 at 110

Yeah, Dude, the RICE BOY beat me. I hate to admit it, but the Evo ran 11.64 to my 12.19.
Maybe I can buy a turbo and a bunch of NOS and beat on him next time.

Someone asked about what's been done to the car. It's 99 LS1 with ls6 intake, 30 lb injectors, 228\230 cam, 4l60e rebuilt with better plates, sun gear, vacuum modulator, and shift kit. It has the underdrive pulley and it's tuned using speed density mode and HPTuners. I had it tuned by a buddy, but we think we need to take it somewhere and pay for a better tune. We're beginners with HPTuners and still learning.

Thats sucks man, but whats funny is that no matter how fast he makes his Evo, its still an ugly piece of **** with a riceboy wing and a fart can, and you're still driving a Nova with an LS1

I never ran it stock. I changed the cam, springs, headers, trans and converter while I was building it. I did run it before the ls6 intake, injectors, and pulley though. It ran 12.68, but I also had a funky homemade intake tube on it. I think it's breathing a lot better now. I'm sure this setup should be in the 11's, but I'll probably buy a set of heads this winter, maybe more cam, and pay to have it dyno tuned.

Yeah, now that is what I am talking about. Now quit playing around on here and go back out to your garage and make some money to pay for that stuff...
