id rather have cloth and not slide around then have leather and not be comfortable....sell the leather camaro seats and than take the money and put it towards leather t/a seats...ive had some people really be suprised at mine...idk if all firebird/ta seats are like mine, i would assume not bc ive had another hawk owner suprised at mine..his was a 2000 t/a hawk i believe
save up for these if u dont want to go aftermarket
in the top pic the yellow circles side cushions that compress in our out by the push of a button and yes they hold u in real good, the red also adjusts in and out for back support
in the bottom pic the blue thing circled can angle up or down with different levels for comfort, when angled up, your stayin put...in the pic its where i normally have it, it can angle quite a bit more

Things you'll never hear:
"Man I can't belive you just got T Boned" "Yeah but thank god for these Lumbars, they held me in"
"So I was taking a turn at 9Gs and man, these seats held me in sooooo tight"
Come on man....they're nice seats but they don't hold **** in, just more leather to wear out.

Size will definitely determine your comfort level in either seat, just pick the seat that you feel more comfortable in, based on your style of driving.
lt1hawk had a good point about selling the camaro leather seats to have your seats done in leather/pleather...if you choose to go that route.

I liked the TA seats I put in my Camaro except for
the seat bottom, which was like a sling chair. But
that probably could have been fixed.
But the car will slide off the road before I slide
out of the Camaro seat.
I do like the look of the GTO seats, and that they
are power on both sides. But they run a bit pricey
at present. And there's that "GTO" backrest
embroidery that would have to go.

I'd never choose T/a seats over Camaro unless they were the rare non lumbar seats, which dont have the ugly *** fins on the side. Also would always choose cloth over leather.
