^^^If you value your money, quality and good service do not think of having any business with those crooks, believe me I know. Check with Hawks Third Generation. The have lots of cars for parts and their service is great.

Yeah, mine is cracked all to hell. I have been trying to scrounge one up from junk yards, cause I really do not want to pay so much for a peice of plastic. But we will see what happens.
Supposedly there is some sort of dash cover, and no not like some carpet like you find in the taco bell delivery cars...

if you do a google search for junkyards there is a junkyard search where you imput the parts you need and it sends out the request nationwide, i did that for my front end conversion and i got a 98+bumper cover and fender for 450 shipped.

These guys are correct there are 3 different upper dash panels/pads.
93-96 Camaro pads
93-96 Bird/TA pads
97+ Camaro/TA pads.
If i was you i'd just shell out the money and buy a brand new one. There is a guy on ebay that sells them for $168+ shipping for the pad you need. I bought one from him in September when i had a 93 TA dash installed in my Camaro. The pads are way more flexible than any used ones and have a revised velcro setup which is better. Considering you'll probably end up paying $100+ for a used pad i'd just spend the extra dough and get a brand new one. You could also try to upgrade to the 97+ TA dash, i know its hardly any different than the dash you have but it would allow you to use the 97+ pad which is much more plentiful. Also the 97+ pads are held in place by metal clips that lock into place rather than velcro. My original TA pad cracked when the velcro let go and the pad started to vibrate and flex.
