the smell of no cats ? Im planning on buyin pacesetter LT's, x-pipe, and dual magna flows out the back. I know the smell would be terrible if the exhaust was dumped, but it wouldn't be that bad out the back right?? I'm just worried.

You can definitely tell that there are no cats by the smell of the exhaust. If your state doesn't have tight emission's laws then it won't be a problem. If you're worried about the smell bothering you, then don't worry, you'll get used to it. You should smell the exhaust from my 70 SS396 solid lifter engine!

well I'm def goin with no cats, but I'm tryin to keep the install part under the radar of my dad cause he doesnt know a whole lot about cars, and if he heard I was gonna take the cats off, there would be some friction. since he does pay for the insurance. but AR doesn't have emmissions testing, so I'm not that worried about it.
