Default who has cometic MLS .040" gaskets?

Who has these? Someone told me they only make .045" and not .040". Is this true?
My plan is to run .040".

Cometic will make you any thing you want, just call them. However, .040" should be a shelf gasket.

I've got .040" Cometics. You get get them from www.thunderracing.com, but they only show them for 3.910 bore on their site. I called and got them for my 3.903 bore without having to wait. They shipped the next day.

As for ordering custom ones, It isnt any more of a charge I dont think. Bought mine from TSP in december, but since they were a custom order im waiting on them to arrive. But you can have any thing ordered through them is my point, just call them and tell whem what specs you want on the gaskets.

I just ordered a set from a non-vendor after calling several vendors who didn't have them in stock. The non-vendor went out of the way to have them drop-shipped to me.

Drop shipping is the way to go. Or, you can just call up Cometic directly. A lot of places tend to have them on backorder.

SDPC had some in stock last week and the price was the best I've seen. I don't believe the .040's are listed on their website, so you may have to call to order them.

Like they said, we've got several different .040" Cometic head gaskets in stock at competitive prices. What bore size do you need? Shoot me a PM or call me if I can help you get a set!
