paint black 10 spokes on MMM camaro or not?

Default paint black 10 spokes on MMM camaro or not?
ive been debating whether or not to paint my 10 spokes black... i have an MMM 01 camaro with a picture of how i could paint the wheels and a picture of my car. I was also wanting to see if someone could photchop those wheels for me? thanks!

Polish the silver and paint just the spokes black... I have not seen that before and bet it would look real good.

how exactly would i go about polishing the lip of these wheels. do i need to strip the lip?
