Default The 500 RWHP mark has finally been hit with the V6 Fbodies!!!

This is on pump gas @ 18-20 PSI (I was not watching the gauge and I turned it down to 15 PSI for the drive home). At 5200 RPMS the car started going lean and lifted at 5500 RPMS. We need to do some more tuning obviously, this was a very conservative tune. Lot's of timing was pulled out to ensure it was safe.

That's an impressive horsepower number for a V8 car let alone a V6! As surprised as I am, I'm even more impressed with the torque number!

Congrats.

That is so sick. I tried to hotrod out my 95 firebird but gave up calling it hopeless after heads/cam full exhaust and intake setup. Was still gettin walked by GT's.
Good job on that though!

FREAKIN SWEET!!! now can we see some pics of this BEAST!!!! i always wanted to do a v-6 powered car and turbo it....just loved my v8's more. now that i'm FI (STS) i kinda wish i had a v6 car to turbo and go custom with as my sts is turning out somewhat custom...so it would have been basically the same route

Bad ***. Does torque continue to climb due the the cam, or was the boost creeping up?

sssshhhhhhhhh............................... Don't let the cat outta the bag. (LOL). Congrats on the numbers, I hope the one I am now building for the 48 Chevy in my sig runs as well. These lil motors are dirt CHEAP to ****** up even with the trannies. Can you give us a run down on the turbo, cam, etc? Congratulations again slim!!!
