Does the stock clutch grip harder after the drill mod?

Default Does the stock clutch grip harder after the drill mod?

Just wanna know if I can keep spinning the tires in 2nd from first, as of right now I can't......but that's NOT powershifting.

It wont' change your disc out. It just allows more fluid, so the hydrualics work better. your not going to sping 5-6th with the drill mod or anything.

Shifting with the tires spinning will def. take out your synchros. The drill mod only affects apply rate of the hydraulics NOT ultimate clamp load( thats the clutch's job)

How is it bad, just out of curiosity? Wouldn't it just mean that your output shaft would still be spinning, like if you were driving?

Could you please explain how shifting with the tires spinning is rough on the synchros?? I fail to see how it is much different from shifting without the tires spinning.

You would have to know how a synchronizer works to see the problem.The synchros job is to match speed of the engine/trans/vehicle. The vehicle speed with spinning tires is way below what it would be with traction. Matching that differential in speed is grossly multiplied under those conditions and wears synchronizers fast.
