I am lost, need help LS7 L76 setup????
I am in the middle of putting my car back together and now that I am at the end of it there are a couple of issues that are beating me to death.
1. The L76 does not have a cable tb therefore does not have any mounting holes for my throttle bracket. What have you guys been doing/suggest?
2. The L76 does not have a vacuum line attachment at the rear of the intake for the hvac line that use to get hooked up by the map sensor.
3. The LS7 has a dry sump, however my block has a provision for the dipstick tube but I can not get my old LS1 into it. I have tried bending and what not. I do not believe the LS7 have a dipstick in the block. Correct me if I am wrong. Anyway, let me know what you guys are doing to overcome some of these issues.
Thanks for the help.

If you L76 is like mine you have to break off the tab on the vacumn fitting on the back of the manifold, this will open the port.
You might try to check out the LS7 cable adapters that are available.
http://www.umiracing.com/ and Katech for leads?
