Default X pipe vs Y pipe at WOT video

Both cars are at WOT (obviously), the first is a sprayed A4 the second is my camaro NA.

save as

Ignor my clutch slipping, it was down 40rwhp on the dyno one hour before the race and the next day the clutch would not hold any power in 3th - 6th. This video is just for sound purposes. camera car is a bolt on C6.

2nd car sounds better to me to...but it maybe cause the first is an auto and it sounds like it shifts to quick.

I think the first one has a deeper smoother sound, but the second one sounds SICK. I might be partial to the X-pipe though.

That's not a very good comparison. Everything sounds better when it's spinning an extra 1K RPMs. What's the rest of the exhaust system on the cars? Makes a bit of a difference ya know.

I've had both setups, in 2 different combinations each, and none of it has sounded as nice as the duals did.

X pipe car has:
Long tubes, no cats with Jegs x pipe, flowmasters and turn downs. the car was also being sprayed with a 100 shot.

My car is a H/C car spining to 7k:
Hooker LT and ORY to a E cutout. the stock muffler is still on my car.

I'm sure the H/C really change the exhaust note of your Y pipe. I've heard H/C LS1 A4 X true duals and let me tell you it doesn't sound like the one on the 1st video.
