yeah i have the same problem, its the trowout bearing.
I'm on my 3rd clutch,I finally said enough.I went out and bought a SPEC stage 5 clutch. Its tough as hell but when they installed it they didnt get it right. now it makes this noise.
I couldnt tell ya if your hurting anything.
Is it?

Throwout bearing, i just replaced my slave/TO bearing along with my clutch this weekend and shes quiet as can be. How much slack is in the pedal? you may need an adj. master to get full stroke.

i just found it wierd that u can hear it after the clutch was pushed for a while... kinda like the main input bearing on the trans... but if u guys thing so ill replace the master and slave... id rather do that and the drill mod and see what happends then spend $2500 on a trans.
