Insufficient sensor switching, drivers side fron O2 sensor. You may be having the infamous switching problem that is associated with headers.

It means the sensor isnt switching right, check all the wiring out and make sure nothing is melted under there. Then wrap that header near the sensor.

Some have turned that code and P1153 off. Many have had reasonably good success with the Bosch 13111's. What O2 sensors did you use? Here is good detailed description of the error code. You can try wrapping the header although I have experienced that not working as well.

overly rich condition will "wet" the charge down enough to cool the sensor off, overly lean condition will not provide enough fuel for the fire to get hot....both of the above scenerios will be below the warning level for other associated codes......

Insufficient switching may only mean that it isn't
warming up fast enough to suit the PCM. You'd
have to look at it with a scan tool (not a code
reader) to judge the quality of the O2 sensors'
waveforms. I got these codes right off with the
Jet-Hot headers and brand new NGK sensors so I
just killed the codes.

You might try the Dremel trick on your old pair
just for yucks, see if more gas flow gives you a
break on the complaining. Look for that post, it
should be either here or in the External Engine
section, I forget.

All the wiring is good. What do you mean wrap the heaters? Why would I do this and wrap with what.. And what does this do and how does it fix it? I am asking all this because i like to learn every detail..

Well i read over the aove posts a few times.. Correct me if im wrong.. It could possibly be because my 02's are not getting hot enough.. And wrapping them could possibly fix this by causing them to heat up more/faster.. Now if I just got this code tuned out would this effect my performance at all? Because I had my rear 02's tuned out already and its fine. I wouldnt really imagine it hurting anything but im just double tapping the subject.

just turn it off. i have mine off and the car still runs fine and maintains the correct AFR at driving and at idle

turn off 1133 and 1153.. completely both DTC and mil status. you will enjoy afterwards

i drove myself nuts with this. if your tune is ok, its most likely the o2 sensor is slow to respond, most likely due to the huge area inside a header not staying cool. Just make sure your AF at idle and driving isnt totally whacked out, then if so just delete the code from teh pcm.
